Many will know that Mr Mark Rowe [the infamous ex-timeshare salesman] owns and operates Monster Travel and its notorious side-kicks “Sell my timeshare”.

Many timeshare consumers were lured to sale presentations and in the hope that the timeshare they had acquired were valuable. In fact, Sell my timeshare were telling consumers “the timeshares they did own were very valuable”, “worth a considerable amount of money”, “awaiting buyers existed and “money would be paid to the consumers”if only they would turn up for a meeting.

What utter lies they told, and the pursuit of profit. The visiting consumers believed that they would finally sell on their unwanted timeshares and by visiting with Sell my Timeshare, but that adventure was thwarted, as Monster Travels [sell my timeshare] past the ruse to Glenmore Consulting, who demanded money from all consumers instead. The adventure perpetrated by Monster Travel was nothing but a monumental, multi-million £ scam, as large amounts of money were taken in exchange for worthless pieces of paper, which did not redeem anything other than, heartache and tears, for many.

Well after 8 months of battling with Banks the first has caved in and agreed that the timeshare consumers TESS and Athena represent, were in fact “scammed”.

A collection of banks was served with a battery of “collective fact evidence” obtained by TESS and Athena. TESS then sought out litigation funders and to assist many consumers to obtain meritorious verdicts. Those verdicts are now pouring in, whereby banks are wanting to settle the claims TESS and others are pursuing.

The products were mis-sold, Monster knew it and so now, so do banks, it was simply just a matter of steadfast research by Shamilah Ali who compiled a vast amount of “collective fact evidence” which TESS and Athena used.

To date, TESS can assert that £100,000’s in compensation has been agreed by banks and have been paid out to TESS’s and others clients as the legal rolling stone ploughs through the scamming minefields of Monster Travel.

The “scam of all timeshare reselling scams”, is about to be revealed to the world at large, as £14 million is being fought over. TESS provided a report, presented a selection of core documents, obtained “no win no fee” funding and stuck it to those whose behaviour then and now is and was capricious nonsense.

After doing the rounds and with collated documents, TESS petitioned much counsel to ensure the faith which consumer had placed in us, was delivered. Having changed a possible case into a winner, funders pour money into the case which allowed lawyers in both firms to ratchet up the claims and fight for justice against the willful, disrespected and vengeful Monster Travel.

The claim which is being made is not what a consumer paid, but what they were promised they would receive in 14 mounts time after monster sold the worthless credits.

TESS and Athena asserted in the past, that consumer was not simply entitled to recover what they paid over to Monster Travel but three times that amount as Monster Travel, as TESS asserted Monster did breach the contract they authored.

Running for cover, banks are now paying out TESS’s clients. The “collective fact evidence” has carved huge scars in the defences as 500 consumers assert their legal rights to compensation. In one swoop 14 million is capable of being recovered and from those who supported the antics of Monster travel.

Crippled with the financial torments and facing habitual claims, Monster Travel is expected to “run for the hills” and in hot pursuit, are a collection of furious bankers.

Many will recall that this case was delivered because of a fastidiousness of a young girl “Shamilah Ali” who sent out many enquires, collated a much data and presented it in such a way that would crush any advancing defences. Sequestering her skills, in pursuit of justice for her clients this is a tribute to a young women tenacity and from her elders.
